@herald1509 Our brain stores our experiences as memories. That is HOW our environment shapes us.
These memories are accessed by the areas of our brain that perform higher functions such as decision making. The memories relevant to the decision o be made therefore affect the making of the decision, and therefore our behaviour.
But the brain has already been wired bydna to have its own style of interreting the events that are stored as memories, how they are encoded, and how they are accessed.

We make our decisions based on our values.
Our values reflect our personality
Our personality is in our Pre-Frontal Cortext
Our brain is determined by our DNA
Free Will...FAIL. LOgical FaiL.

@HedgehogRebellion So.... are you trying to demonstrate a logical fail?

@herald1509
You can't always be first....
But you can always be next.
What part of my chain of reasoning did you find faulty?

@HedgehogRebellion I guess I just didn't understand what you were getting at with the "logical fail". Although, I do recommend the use of a syllogism if you are trying to prove something, and I don't think all our brain's thoughts are due to our DNA. I'd say environment also has a role, and there's the possibility of random decisions.
