Intro:
Mornings devoted to sacred reading and contemplation -- before ever turning the computer on or connecting to the Internet -- are precious. They are priceless. If you have the freedom to do this, I highly recommend it. No need to answer the phone, either -- let them leave a message -- unless it's very important.
We get into a trance, you see, due to the haze, the electronic haze generated by our gadgetry. We don't even know this. Some spend all of their time, 24/7, enshrouded in this haze. There's no need to have the cell phone on at night or near the bed. Carve out for yourself an island of peace in which to sleep. Remove all the electronics from the bedroom that you can, at least at night.
It may take a short time for your body, your aura, to detoxify from the miasma. It's been keeping you as if drugged. Your energy body has been both more sluggish and more irritable than it would be if you gave it some decent rest. Both the electrical currents and the electronic frequencies used by our gadgets are unfriendly to human biology -- so unfriendly that it makes one suspicious if that isn't in their design -- intentionally. Maybe not -- but then again, anything is possible. ;)
So, for me these mornings have become my island in the stream. I now have a cell phone, but it spends all its time when I'm not driving and in need of it with the battery out, rubber-banded to the phone. I don't trust the darn thing to not still be sending a signal, so I've ordered a little Faraday pouch to keep it in. I trust none of our technology.
The most offensive thing about it is the overall effect that it has of cutting us off, to a significant extent, from communion with our own inner nature -- Higher Self -- even our heart...

Blue, huh? Though I know several races have blue skin, the only one I'm remotely familiar with is the Andromedans, thru Alex Collier. They sound pretty wonderful - all blue and no hair :0
