Status Quo with their opener "Caroline" recorded from the Milton Keynes "End of the Road" concert in July 1984.
Video clip taken from the now deleted video "Status Quo: End of the Road '84. The Farewell Concert"
So UNIVERSAL, get this and volume 2 released on DVD please.
Agree with the others, Quo weren't the same after this. Both Rick and Francis are down. Rick said he was almost crying by the end of this because it was their so called last concert.

I was at both Selhurst park and Milton Keynes. Selhurst park had a lot more atmnosphere and was one of the greatest concerts I personally wnet to along with Birmingham in 1982.
Agree with others quo went down from there.

I've seen Status Quo several times (before and after this concert) and whilst their recordings got weaker (couldn't stand Marguerita Time), their live performances are still brilliant. They create a terrific atmosphere and always give value for money. One of my all time favourite live acts.

I was there for this one, Milton Keynes Bowl, and I saw them a few times on this tour. Bought a nice EOTR polo shirt if I remember rightly (?) Agree with others here, Quo just went downhill after this. EOTR was the last time I saw them.

Francis and Rick looked down on this concert as they wanted to showcase the new band that formed after the split and to pull the wool over the fans eyes to say 'hey, we are better now'. Of course, that was far from being the case. The new Quo became a joke band...sadly.
