Cryengine 3 Extended Version HD

What do you guys think, will it take console gaming to the next level? (FYI, im not saying that nice graphics makes a game good)

Hard core PC gamers hate the fact crytec is developing for consols because consols are about 6 years behind in graphics so crysis 2 will only look as good on PC as it's weakest link being the 120$ poor noob 360 which is uber gay cause I put 2000$ into my pc and I need another awsome game from crytech that it deserves

Well, the pc engine is obviously more tweaked and full of features the console version of the engine can't do =So pc version will look ALOT better than console versions.

This video only shows the console versions, so we know nothing about what the engine is REALLY capable of ;D

Cryengine 3 will ofc be better on pc, but i think for console gamers, it will still provide a very good experience!

@GoodDay2YouSir Fortunatly you couldn't be more wrong about that... while the two console version will not look as good, the PC version of cryengine 3 is much more to date and will look FANtASTIC.

i think cryengine 2 looks the same and if you set it to very high then it looks like cryengine 3

The engine looks great but i think it needs to render its shadows a little better....and not trying to start a console war or anything but i think it works a little better on ps3 (for now at least) because compare the mountain in 1:20 on xbox and 1:23 on ps3...because you can see tht the trees on the mountain rendered a bit more on the ps3 than xbox, but we all know pc will be dominating this engine....
