Let's see:
- Zero musicality; doesn't listen to rhythm or hit any beats consistently.
- Horrible leading; using physical force of the arm instead of weight transfers.
- Quality of movement is horrible; there is no decent foot pressure and all movement is isolated.
- The characterisation of the dance is poor; he can't swing for toffee.
He is the manifestation of what is the wrong way to approach ballroom dancing. He belongs into gymnastics hall and not a dance floor.

Malitowski has multiple world titles under his belt and yet his dancing is 2-dimensional; flat and stiff.
The mere fact that he won GOC says how far dancing has moved away from "art" and "dance" into "sport" and "gymnastics".
