Have you ever been to an Authentic Mexican Restaurant and you wondered what that watery milky liquid was next to the brown watery drink?? Now you don't have to wonder, it's Horchata and here is how to make it!!

You will need
15 cups of water
3 cups of rice
3 cups Milk
2 cinnamon sticks
2-3 Cups Sugar
tsp of vanilla extract
tbsp of ground cinnamon

blender, ice, pitcher, large bowl, and a mixing spoon. You will also need a small metal strainer.

  • Hey a quick tip, my momma always made it with rice, until she found out she can use "Rice Flour" since its finely milled rice, its easy breezy, try it out hope u like!!!
