不認識粵語歷史,就不要亂講喇,態度還那麽囂張,來到廣東爲什麽­不學廣東話，非要廣東人遷就你們才可以嗎，廣東人和粵語遷就你們­的實在太多了！

即使是這樣, 廣州人大多數也不會同意,廣州有那麽多的老人家不懂說普通話,每­天就是開電視看一些節目來娛樂一下自己,笑一下,或者聽到不同意­的新聞就憤怒一下. 如果廣州的電視節目都用普通話來播,那這些人怎麽辦? 那些反對的人怎麽辦? (現在大多數都反對) 如果真的在電視臺都沒有廣州話, 那麽就會逼得廣州人再次抛棄内地的電視節目, 再去天天 每時每刻地看香港的tvb 和atv, 再次要天天看跟自己無關的新聞。 政府應該尊重每個地方的人的意見， 在我和我的許多其他廣州（或來自廣東各地）的人的意見來説， 廣州不僅電視臺不能說普通話，他們甚至覺得地鐵的第一個播放語言­要用廣東話，學校教學要用廣東話。 現在本來出自廣州的語言竟然只在香港，澳門是官方語言，而這個語­言的故鄉卻慢慢被其他語言替代，這說得過去嗎？對不對？我的朋友

廢除廣州話不是小事，中國各地方語言都不应該廢除(特别是廣州話­)廣州電視臺应該用廣州話播放。

The locals can have working English and working Chinese at the same time other than the dialects spoken at home. PTH should be regarded as just the working Chinese. That is all. Still, a lot to be figured out as the economically powerful southerners may not give in to the mainlanders so easily. At the end, global English will take precedence over all languages under the globalisation concept. Everything will be shared more evenly.
