Mega Mission:
1. Plant 2 Churches within the St Louis Metro East.
2. Debt-Free Endowment. A Five Year debt-free endowment and giving plan.
3. 50% Male Congregation: Change the lives of NLC Men to become effective leaders and servant in their homes, and community to reach unbelieving men.
4. Diversity. Prepare NLC for a multi-ethic Christ culture- on earth, as it is in Heaven.
5. Evangelism: Introduce 1000 Adults and 300 youth to Christ through Nlc during the next two years.
