Missouri River flood waters reach Hamburg, Iowa, June 2011. After a breach of a federal levee in Atchison County, Mo., the final barrier between the flood and Hamburg is the West Ditch Levee, which has been built up 8 feet higher in recent weeks by the Army Corps of Engineers. Highway 333 and Interstate 29 are closed due to flooding in the area.
