no its not a clone it just means you dont have the correct files on it

If my receiver have the connect fail like this when you tried to upgrade the software or check it, it means its a clone, or is their another way to know?

the old nova remote works on the solaris ...the reason his security device is failing is because he has to load u48 file then 153.1

hey bud i can tell from ur remote thats a nova cause the novas have that kind of remote the solaris and phoinex have a black remote the box is 100%a clone only the nova has the blue one so that is a clone
