I agree! I read that he's the only coach to have had this bad of a record for 3 seasons and not be fired.
I think he's a good enough GM (he's brought so much talent to LAC) but he's horrible on the court. He needs to hire someone with success in their past as a coach (Avery Johnson anyone?) and stay off the court himself.
