Due to classified nature of ICNI and Raptor weapon system, its sophisticated features remain undisclosed. the CNI avionics to enhance its network-centric warfare capabilities for the next-generation F/A-22 weapon system. The new capability will allow to link communications, sensors and weapon systems in an interconnected grid that will be available for warfighters, decision makers and support personnel. Jam-resistant Link 16 data link was slated to be added to CNI under this effort.

Opps wrong spot there. Anyways no, definitely not, the fact is one Austrailian pilot at training in Nevada using an F-18E against the F-22A said he was fruserated because even inside of VR his missle system would not obtain a lock, with radar or heatseeking missles, due to the F-22A's capabilites. The F-22A is the first generational leap (4th Genration to 5th Genration) and therefor is currently unmatched. It will be in time but as of now it will dominate anything in the aerial battlespace.
