A HogZilla tub grinder can be used to prepare large quantities of tires for disposal in one quick and easy pass. This machine can also be used as a high production primary shredder in recycling processes. Detailed product specification requirements may also dictate additional equipment needs. Contact the factory for a process review. Processable tire size is limited to tires that fit into the tub barrel and properly fed which requires a full tub. Large tires may require being mixed with smaller tires to properly fill the tub and allow proper feeding. Other methods of screening and classifying discharged material are available through the use of added support equipment intended for this purpose.

  • LOL at2:27 the tire droped on roof

  • Whoops! Tire fell on the top of the HogZilla engine enclosure. Small passenger tire so no damage to paint or metal. The excavator operator at the time was not what you would consider a skilled operator but an employee of the HogZilla manufacturer, CW Mill.

  • Doe any of the chewed up rubber start clogging or jamming up any moving parts?

  • That guy sucks... everytime that tub stops turning its due to low RPM which done that frequently which is unnecessary heat stress on that engine. What do the screens look like inside? Do you pipe water in the tub at all? What do the screens look like and is there a special striking plate? Thx!

  • wow

  • this is a good Idea for the european market - i think you take big scrrens an minimum RPM ?
