http://live.pirillo.com - When you resize a small image to make it larger, it tends to run the color together, and makes the edges jaggy or blurry. By turning a photo into Vector art, you get rid of those little imperfections.

Wow; used to use this years ago before Adobe put 'live trace' into Illy. Worked pretty good; would recommend it if you do not have illustrator or -ugh!- CorelDraw, which has 'coreltrace' or something similar to live trace
