Neptune Crystal Power, Make Up

Neptune Crystal Power, Make Up was a transformation phrase used by Sailor Neptune in the manga. * A similar transformation brought about by Hotaru's power happened in the fifth season of the anime. * In the Sailor Stars character poem that was attributed to the song "Senshi no Omoi" (Michiru's image song for the fifth season of the anime) there was a voice sample of this phrase. This was the only time Sailor Neptune's (and an Outer Senshi's) voice actress gave voice to the transformation phrase "[Planet] Crystal Power, Make Up."

Wait if they are transforming into their Eternal Outfits why then is the Crystal changing from their first form wands. It should change from their Super wands.

Yes they were not shown but I would imagine that they would have them. After all the reason they weren't shown was the fault of the anime makers. I however do not think that they would keep their old wands.

no in the manga Neptune had only 2 transformations

In the manga Neptune had her first form or Planet Power transformation. She then received her second form by help of said crystal (they didn't have the Crystal Change Wands in the manga) and after that she received her Eternal transformation though she said the same Crystal Power phrase she did in her Super form. Though the senshi look like they transformed with Star Shaped Broaches.

in the end she used only the phrases "Neptune Planet Power, Make up" and "Neptune Crystal Power, Make Up". thats what counts for me

i read manga and this is how it goes

One more thing, if this is their Eternal henshin item, shouldn't those crystals be shaped like stars instead of hearts? I remember that in the manga they had heart-shaped crystals for their brooches, and those were what they used to transform, and when they became Eternal senshi, the brooches became star-shaped.

Are you sure? I remember them having Planet power, Crystal Power for Super form and Crystal Power for Star/Eternal form, so logically they should have a Super Henshin wand too. But who cares, the video is amazing! Just make the frames pass a little slower, so we can enjoy the action a little better, ok? 5 stars

Oh well I guess but they are still two different transformations irregardless of the names. After all Chibi Usa says Moon Prism Power Make Up! to become Sailor Chibi Moon but no one would ever say that this transformation is the same as Usagi's Moon Prisim Power Make Up!
