The Whirlpool Galaxy (also known as Messier 51a, M51a, or NGC 5194) is an interacting grand-design spiral galaxy located at a distance of approximately 23 million light-years in the constellation Canes Venatici.

  • There is a bigger chance that there IS life on another planet, then there is NO life on other planets. Iss'nt that facinating? Imagine being able to visit the other places, sadly many of us wont be able to be alive at that time. But i wish for my grand-children that they will be alive at this point. These are things we can't understand, but will happen eventually.

  • I wish you could become an astronaut just by desire alone. Hey, my imagination isn't lazy, just me sometimes. I don't have that military mentality to work my way up flying Air Force jets. But man, if desire could get me a ticket on one of those shuttles, or space planes, whatever they're making now, I would go to this Whirlpool Galaxy and spend the rest of my life just looking. Maybe find a nice planet tucked away in one of the spiral curves, build a dream home. Classy video.
