@klubbansmakarkuk They're actually for races on a velodrome. They are relatively heavy and the weight of the wheel actually "pulls" them around the track.

at 2:41 how fast you think that is? In london, On. speed limit is around 60 km. and can almost keep up with law obeying traffic but not pass parallel to them
