  • This program seems quite gimmicky, to me...

  • My sister has this and its going to be a month since she started and shes already lost 20 pounds! She committed herself to this program and I am seeing some crazy results on her so this definitely works. I did a phase one workout with her yesterday to try it out because i'm thinking of getting it myself..just 35 mins and I'm sore as hell! Its hurtin to walk and sit so this ain't no joke.

  • Does anyone know why the program is not recommended for nursing mothers?  Is the diet too calorie restricting?

  • @cromerbeach Not everyone can be easily motivated on their own or from a dvd. those people had help from the makers and that's why they are on there. they needed success stories in order to make the dvd. The success came first. I'm merely asking if there is anyone out there that lost wgt with the dvds alone without the personal trainers. That's all I want to know. But so far, no one is claiming that. You can't say no one needs a personal trainer. Just watch the Biggest Loser. They needed it.

  • @weavervillage No one needs a personal traner to lose weight 95% of weight gain is what we put in our mouths a trip to the gym 4x a week for a 'moderate workout ' is all you need .

  • Another way to get our hard earned money for that billion dollar diet industry. I just lost 35lbs and I still have to lose another 15lbs to go and no I didnt join any lame programs or purchase dvd's , cookbooks just lost weight [the way weight loss has always been and will always be] and I feel great [dont forget to join the gym.

  • @wtydmn....once you get the program just stick with. Don't allow anyone's silly opinions push you off track. Like any other program success comes from consistency.

  • These women did not have the personal trainers just the method and this program is good for people who need guidance. Yes everyone knows the basics but it's easier to follow when someone has it all laid out for you.
