Keith Owen (Pedro Sauer Black Belt) talks about the importance of 45 degree angles when you are on your back and your partner has the cross side position. He discusses proper movement and where to arch your body. Visit Keith Owen's Site: http://www.bjjmoves.com. Mr Owen is available for seminars world wide.

  • Any footage you Ari and Keith rolling?

  • You mean me getting smashed by Keith? No. However, there is a video going up next week of me and Octavio Couto rolling (3rd degree former Alliance member)...That's good for a laugh ;-)

  • "My arm could be here HERE *here* there HERE..."

  • u guys say u wish ur instructors were funny. guys if ur instructor doesnt understand is just a mixture of games. he doesnt understand bjj. grips= game passes=game sweeps=game BJJ=game.

  • I love nonthreatening bjj guys. People would hear this guy talk on the street and think hes got some sugar in the gas tank. Then they find out he can maim them horribly without breaking a sweat.

  • like chingon711 said, let us see what to do after gaining Purr Position, please.

Also, please let us see how we should differentiate this from the one of "Keith Owen on: Escaping Wrestler Side Control". Thanks.

  • what happens after accomplishing the "prayer position"?

  • I wish my instructor was Keith Owen...

  • So did he come do a seminar for you guys or was he there teaching classes?

  • keith owen rocks, does that make sense?

  • 2:25 reminds me of Steve Carrells "I can't move!" in Dinner for Schmucks.
