  • @zachschevelle um bass are normally fairly aggressive if there are feeding so you can get away with alot shorter leader than when fishing for trout. in clear water i use a 8 foot 6lb test leader but in muddy water ill sometimes go down to a 6 foot 10 lb test leader.but you wont know til you try. hope it helps.

  • @tonyel120

    yeah they do

  • yw any questions just drop me a pm

  • @logang15 Thank you very much!

  • @flytyerman .

hell you can saltwater fish with that, inshore tho, redfish, spec trout, bonefish,or mabye baby tarpon but for panfish, try a 5/6 wt 9footer for huge ponds and lakes, but streams and stuff try a 7`10, or something smaller than a 9footer, hope this helps,

  • I have bluegill, bass, and carp in my pond at my house

  • What wheight flfy rod, would a 6 weight 8 footer work

  • we yhave bass nluegill crappie and carp in colorado and some of em are big so suck on that southern flyfisherman!

  • Why would you go to the mountains when you have fishing like that at your doorstep

  • When fly fishing with poppers or just fly fishing for bass in general, how much leader do you use?
