Westminster Council in London is just as bad. For those that don't know, NCP Services (the company that provides the Traffic Wardens, or Civil Enforcement Officers as they are now known) is now called NSL Services Group.

This is not representative of the attendants across the country. The guys in our area work directly for the council, not for a contractor, and they are fair and square, definately no targets either.

if you park on double yellow lines you deserve a ticket they are there for a reason.

i feel everybody should be treated equally in the case of appeal. but members of the public will do anything to get out of a ticket including lying. 95% of people deserve them the others are genuine such as emergencies and breakdowns etc. this vedio is extreamly bios against them although those who are corrupt should be sacked.
