Whenever I try rebooting it, it says error loading menu and when I try launching it there it says error 349

when i try to go to it it doesnt let me launch the dvd,it just says backup launcher gamma and the thing at the bottom but thers no words in between those its just all black

I have been trying to play my COD3 (call of duty 3 backup game and it reboots right before i start the game play. i get to the menu and choose the dificulty and the chapter but before the game play starts it takes me back to the black safety screenevery time i have a 4.2u wii and im running it from neogamma r9 nothing else worked as good as that so far. please im so close but so far away can someone help me? am i missing anything?
