Saudi araibia is the only exception - i cant think of another country that is as strict as that. Its not an exmaple of many muslim countries - the exmaple is the caliphate which doesnt exist today as it was abolished in 1924. There is not a single nation that is an example for other muslim countries today. Furthermore Zakr Naik is talking about the context of treason not genral Apostates. There are many scholars contemporary and classical who didnt have a problem with apostates.

Saudi Arabia is not only the exceptional where non-muslims are not allowed but it is example for rest of the muslim countries. tell me if i am wrong.

not true - there are Jews living in Yemen and Iran
There are 20 million coptic christains in Egypt - syria and Lebanon are also good places to look at.
The only place that you could object to Is saudia arabia which i agree with you - but then again its like building a mosque in vatican city.
