How do you get the blue-collar public to get behind a tax plan that removes most of the tax burden from the rich?

Lie to them, of course.

If youd like to discover more lies about the Fairtax, just compare the paperback to the hardback. they had to change a lot.

or just read Neal's Nuze for Sept. 15th, 2005.

dont be a patsy. if millionaires design a plan, who do you think the plan will work for?

  • Ok in this video, you actually zoom in on Z,A, and B, AFTER showing several people sitting in sections next to those, nearly filling them up and indicating that more than just sections Z, A, and B were sat. Also, I was at that rally, and know from being there that there were more people than pictured, as they wrapped around to the sides. This video is the lie.

  • stupidass, listen up. no one is saying they were only seated in Z A and B. im saying they filled up the whole seating chart shown in the video, which includes floor seating and seating on the side. Boortz even admitted the numbers were closer to 5,000. get with the program

  • a new failure for the Fairtax: the new book never cracked the top 3 on its debut week, and now, a month later, is totally gone from the bestseller list. People know enough to see through your kooky half-baked plan.

The Fairtax goes on the shelf with the other failures, next to Forbe's flat tax. have fun paying your taxes this April 15th, losers!

  • people who oppose the fair tax are (i'm sorry to say) are just plain stupid. 33% of what you earn (current tax code) or 23% of what you spend (the fair tax) dee deet dee dee. thats the bottom line

  • then how come the Fairtax has been so unsuccessful?

why arent Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee fighting for the nomination, instead of on the loser's pile?

why did the book make its stunning debut on the NYT bestseller list BEHIND Barack Obama's book, thats been out since LAST YEAR??

the Fairtax is just a hobby for bitter old people to organize their complaining.

Legislatively, its a total failure. Ten years. No Progress.

but keep beating the drum, rube.

  • way too much bitching regarding my video. if you people got off your ass and went out and did something half as much as you complain on a keyboard, the Fairtax wouldnt be the abysmal legislative failure it is now (new slogan: Ten Years! No Progress!)

did any of you actually read Nealz Nuze on Sept 15th 2005? its a bait and switch operation. you arent getting any more money in your paycheck. do some research. dont fall for these infomercial shills.

  • Well since your good at "MATH" then maybe you could help me in my Cal 3 class. Consumer spending is why unemployment is high and most american jobs are crappy. we need to regear to production not consumption, and please study the prebate again before you spread lies. We already tax goods very high through corporate and many other taxes, not to mention a chunk of your gross pay. 60 percent is good when you consider that.

  • What does the attendance have to do with the merits of this particular tax philosophy. Like the Flat Tax and the 999 plan, I'd be willing to entertain other tax philosophies if it would prevent the kind of corruption we see today, toss the hundreds of thousands of tax codes in the trash and shrink the size of the IRS to less than a quarter it's size.

  • Read Federalist Papers 21#. Hamilton Argued for a Consumption Tax which is all the fairtax is. It is the only way to have true revolution.

  • If two people was there or two thousand, what does it matter? The content of what is being said is what matters. I like a national tariff on imports. Most who do like the idea of getting rid of the income tax system have some thing to lose, like a job. The few others are just stupid.

  • I just wanna have two seperate nations, one of liberal policies and one of conservative policies, then we'll see who succeeds. It's gonna be funny seeing refugees from the liberal "utopia" wanting into the republic of jobs and limited government

  • Having read the actual bill, I can tell that you, VERY obviously have not!

  • It seems real easy to me, of course it's not hard to see through the liberal/statist agenda.

People like out friend here who posted this excellent peice of evidence displaying blatant falsehoods, don;t like any system that doesn't punish successful people.

I mean any liberal/statist knows that it's much harder to make successful independent people rely on the govt. And expanding govt, and the needs for govt is where they get their power. So we can't have people keeping most of their money.

  • So then the entire tax plan is crap because Neil Bortz is bad at visual crowd estimations.

    WAY TO GO DUDE!!!!!

You've cracked this case WIDE OPEN.

  • I tell you what you can keep the fucking IRS.Why do people like you under mind the fair-tax.This is the only thing that will get the U.S.A. going again.
