President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo's Regional Media Interview by Bombo Radio Tacloban Station Manager Marvin Candahug at the McArthur Landing Memorial National Park in Palo, Leyte.

During the interview, President Arroyo stressed that many Filipino veterans were benefitted with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, a resolution which recognized the military service of the Filipino World War II veterans. She said that this was achieved through the continuous lobbying of the Philippine government to the United States. The resolution includes the claim of $15,000 for a Filipino veteran with US citizenship and $9,000 for a Filipino veteran with non-US citizenship.

The president also mentioned the bold actions of the government in fighting climate change through contributing in the international battle against global warming and climate change and through implementing a government campaign addressed solely to this deadly nature-caused crisis.




As the interview ended, President Arroyo congratulated the people of Leyte for the progress achieved by their province.

Gloria i can understand your task that God put you in a mission to abide the law on earth; your trying to put all the lost sheep in the fence by yourself stay strong and be firm and try to walk in faith with God and the people will follow you in a good terms that you lead them for good , try to get rid all the corruption whats the use of gaining the whole world if your soul is in hell.

Do it for LOVE the angel said "Peace on earth for men of Good Will " God will put the world back in normal if all the people will reconcile with him the prolong of sins why God put his anger to earth corruption for Greed fornacation caused of broken marriages those are sinful things we have to eliminate.

Gloria why do you have to depend all those money outside the country? your job is to find a way how to put this people to work nakakahiya ang lahat nang tawo sa pilipinas umaalis dahil sa kahirapan alam mo bakit maraming disaster? dahil sa sobrang corruption many broken marriages kastigo sa kapangyarihan, aalisang tawo sa bansa to find a way of living you can't a way feed your own people sobra kayang arroganteng mga nandoon sa politika stop na please!
