  • who's singing this?, it's very very good, thou I know it's not Frank, but very well done. It's one of my favorite songs, It's one that I thought to my daughter she sings it at a lot of functions. I have to get her the music track so she can record it.

  • the music is not Frank Sinatra singing. the photos are of him, yes.

  • The music is by Joel Herron, the lyrics by Jack Wolf. There is no question that at the recording Frank sang it for and to Ava. The story goes that, wrapped up in the emotion of the song, he extemporaneously changed a few words in the lyric; there was only one take made when Frank, notorious for doing 20 takes or more, ran from the studio and did not return. Those few changed words, which the lyricist has never revealed to the public, are what resulted in Frank's co-writing credit on the song.

  • Great video, NO WAY IS THIS FRANK!

  • Frank Sinatra....he has written this song for Ava and he sang it....look at this "I'm a Fool To Want You ( - Frank Sinatra )" and try to hear it :)

  • @goldwing850108 yes it's frank sinatra

  • Thank you for the wonderful pictures, I did live through that era and loved the big bands and great vocals of the forties. Again thanks for the pictures, do you know who was singing? Wasn't Frank
