  • since when are noodles complex carbs? lol but other than that, nice dish

  • @Tibialmario whole grain noodles are complex carbs. not white noodles

  • @fitnessisalifestyle say a mistake their, when you were cooking the chicken you added salt. why add salt? salt is very very unhealthy for you.!

  • @TheVetaren you need a little salt in your diet

  • I tried it and it's absolutely tasty! please do more cooking videos, I'm really happy with this meal.

  • Very nice!!! Thanks for the recipe!!!

  • @TheVetaren Salt is infused with iodine which is a necessary nutrient. Salt isn't bad, but like everything else it needs to be used in moderation. Educate yourself.

  • mmm pychota :)

  • @fitnessisalifestyle hes right i mean cmon, too much of everything is bad for you! not everything is bad, just a lil bit is ok.

  • VERY NICE :)

  • i already make it every day but i put the chicken an veggies togather from the start

  • @JosiahSCooper True I been using Grapeseed oil just as good but cooks well in the higher temps.

  • I've heard it's better to use Canola Oil, as Olive Oil and other oils can turn Rancid at higher temperatures, whilst cooking that is.

  • @TheVetaren Really? Please go learn how every single action potential, and muscle contraction is generated and tell me if salt is "very very unhealthy for you".

Sodium in processed foods is ridiculously high. THAT is bad for you. Moderation my friend.
