Now this is an effective PSA and it certainly went on for a long time. But will people actually get the message? Pun intended.

@xMALOxDesigns thanks for the idea but here is my point. Like this comment if you think youtube should let see this video to everyone especially teenagers who are the one targetted by this commecial.

With all the graphic scenes in movies videogames and even news. I think teenager need to see more graphical images to get them to understand what could be the consequences of their texting while driving...

Not only this video shows realistic images. It did it's job for many of my younger friends.

not neccessarily. a girl near where I live died this very way - she was texting while driving, hit a lorry, then was ejected from her vehicle head-first into a tree.

During the texting, none of the girls were looking at the road. Texting and driving is similar to drinking and driving. They simply do not mix well together.

Oddly enough no one was looking at the road at all and secondly she took her hands off the wheel instead of trying to veer back to her lane. Worth a mention, it looks like she she doesn't text very efficiently.
