A warning to Word of Faith Movement Believers and everyone else: The BLACK HOLE of GREED

THE WORD OF FAITH MOVEMENT is basically what the sixteenth century German monk turned church reformer Martin Luther called the theology of glory: How can I climb the ladder and attain the glory here and now that God has actually promised for us after a life of suffering? The contrast is the theology of the cross: the story of Gods merciful descent to us, at great personal cost, a message that the Apostle Paul acknowledged was offensive and foolish to Greeks THOSE who are perishing. (1 Corinthians 1:18-31)

C. S. Lewis, author of the Narnia series and Christian apologist, once observed, I havent always been a Christian. I didnt go to religion to make me happy. I always knew a bottle of Port would do that. If you want a religion to make you feel really comfortable, I certainly dont recommend Christianity.

Why do you assume that if someone is not a "prosperity preacher" that they are by default antithetical (the opposite) to prosperity or the prosperity message? Your reasoning is fallacious in superimposing your narrow view that there is only two views on prosperity, into your illogical statement. It is called a False Dilemma/Either Or,,,, logical fallacy. There are in fact many alternatives to being either for,,, or against prosperity. There are even more than two forms of prosperity.

I agree you may desire a billion $ but your prayer will not be answered at least by God who only honors faith in his Word. Plus I seriously doubt you could have any real faithfor this anyway without Gods Word promisingn this. The Word of Faith is Biblical and man has perverted it. Capps and Copeland, Hagin and Dollar have not. Listen to them for more than 4 seconds.

Copeland or Hagin never claim that we will not live a life without suffering. The infornation here is biased and not factual. Hagin and Copeland both quote the scripture that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord will deliver them out of them all. They just say faith is the victory that overcomes the world- 1 john 5:4
