10 more years of Marvel 3 would have been fine. I mean look at all of this tech that's finally being put out there and 9 months later they give us Ultimate? I mean this game still had a lot of untapped potential but people just took the easy way out and abused Wesker, Akuma, and Wolverine and rode the dicks of Tron and Haggar assist. Not to mention the auto win Dark Phoenix factor. I'm glad that they're giving us Ultimate but it's a shame to let Vanilla go seeing as how we missed so much of it.

@Kuya1991 I often play with mi sister's boyfriend who also spams Akuma but it's easy to counter. Especially with Zero's speed, for me.

@LuigiFan64 You've got a point there...I picked up Wolverine for his interesting combo style and how visceral his attacks looked, also cause I'm a big wolvie fan. Though I dont play MVC3 anymore, I got so much slack from my friends just cause of that =/ But the thing about Wolverine, Akuma, Wesker, Phoenix, Taskmaster, She-Hulk, Tron, Haggar, Dante (the comprehensive list, rofl) is that their high tier, and high tier wins tournaments. There's a struggle between the casual crowd and the pros

Honestly man looking back on it I started using Zero cause I'm a fan of him, but couldn't get into him due to the length and style of his long combos (also since his normal as so weak). I've seen some great Zero play by pros, but other than Marn (who ironically you almost never see anyway), you almost never see high level Zero play. That say, this stuff was pretty cool.
