I have the Yoshimura S3 on my 2008 Bandit 1250S. The map is stock and I've ridden with and without the insert. Simply put, it runs perfectly with the insert in, and very badly with it out - especially on the bottom end. As for sound, even with the insert in, you only need to be louder if you're an absolute jackass. It makes a nice, racy, crackley sound even with the insert in that I absolutely love.

it sound so great ! I got a bandit 1200S 2001, im hesitate between a Yoshimura RS3 or an holeshot one, but this one sound awesome (Big price, big quality) :P
