Scenes from around Cherry Hill New Jersey, circa 1970. Includes the original Garden State Park, the Cherry Hill Inn, the old library and houses that have long since been demolished.
This is where I grew up from 4-12 years old.. lived on Greentree Rd between Rt 70 and 73. I use to ride my bike at the industrial center.. went to Cooper Elementary, then Beck Middle. Garden State Park was a part of my soul.. my dad.. then I got to ride there when it was rebuilt.. Cherry Hill is where I call my home forever!
Bamburgers is now Macy's, the Rickshaw Inn is now a foreign car dealership. It was cool to see the old Garden State Racetrack again. Saw some scenes of Denton Vacuum in the Cherry Hill Industrial park.
I hope this camera person learned latter to aim the camera better latter, otherwise nice trip down memory lane. :)
