I'm just wondering, but for the last two algorithms, can't you just flip the cube upside-down and use only one algorithm?

at 5:50 instead of doing that long algorithm you can make it shorter do R U2 R' U' R U2 L' U R' U' L

at 5:50 instead of doing that long algorithm you can make it shorter buy putting the 2 paired sides on the left like he said and do R U2 R' U' R U2 L' U R' U' L

@theWestonian hey no problem. Dude I have an F2L tutorial series with 5 videos full of bad F2L algorithms LOL. this tutorial is great! I don't know how some people can't understand it like some comments suggest. I've got a lot of requests to make a tutorial on Ortega as well so I'm shopping around learning the best of everybody. Hope you don't mind =)

algorithm link is down got another?

Hey, is there any tips anyone can give me on actually memorizing those algorithms, there just so hard to remember!
-
@sevonrock you can get times sub 5s easily with that method
I'm having trouble with the R2 U F2 U2 R2 U R2. There is a lot of regrip in there. I've found that if you do L2 U F2 (the F2 with left hand) U2 L2 U L2 there is no regrip and is a lot faster. I'm sure you know this but just in case =) I hate it when people tell me better ways in comments as well so tell me to get lost if you don't like it LOL

@crazybadcuber Did I really put that alg in this video? It's been so long that I can hardly remember. But you are right, that is a terrible alg. :p

"There is seven cases, most of the you probably already know" .... NO! ... and that's the reason I'm looking for a bloody tutorial. Why assuming, that people already know, what you are trying to teach?
Just explain it or stop calling it a tutorial. Call it "Nerds review" or whatsoever.

@Rodnox Jesus, what is your problem?
You probably already know them because they are algs that you use to solve a 3x3, and you probably already know how to solve a 3x3 if youre trying to learn Ortega.

@theWestonian I can't solve 3x3, and I can solve 2x2s fine. ;)
Don't assume, I think he's right.

@GameLecturn I said that you "PROBABLY" already know them.
Do you honestly think that most people learn the 2x2 ortega method before they learn to solve a 3x3? No.
