My heart about broke when little Danny looked at his Daddy as a stranger ... I can't imagine. But I do understand the sacrifices paid by those who serve and their families. It affects all. oh my god...seeing danny's little face when he saw his dad...he looked completely lost. But it's understandable, especially when the parent is gone for a long time.
