1) If the SUV driver honestly didn't notice her approaching, he should put his car in a box and give it back to the shop. You need to be aware of what is all around you.

2) If I ever see someone doing this (driving with lights off in order to be "cool"), I'd smack them upside the head repeatedly. Lights aren't always for seeing - they're for other motorists to SEE YOU as well!
