What are these hand-flapping movements? *UPDATED*

For many years I have been trying to find the answer to the hand-movements and sounds I make and have gotten many, many different results.

UPDATE: This has been recently diagnosed as Asperger's disorder. If you have a son or daughter who has this, please do not limit their creativity and allow them to better understand him or herself. We Aspies have a few quirks about us but that doesn't mean we can't do anything. We can, we have, and we will continue to do so.

What do you think it is and should I be concerned?
