I can't think of how thick of wood I need and how much to make a couple of kunai's and shurikens and how much I need. I also need to know how you cut it out. You said you used the jigsaw but I don't know how it works. And could I use anything else to cut it out?

@Random0149 The wood needs to be about 1 inch thick. First sketch out a template on notebook paper and trace it onto (or re-draw it) onto the wood. I suppose you can use the regular handsaw, but it would just take you a bit longer to do.

What did you use to carve them? Was it the saw?

@Random0149 Yep, I used the jig-saw to cut out the main shape, and I used the clamp to hold the shuriken in place while using the hand saw to cut off the corners and edges. Then I used the file and sander to smooth the sides and sharpen the edges.

Where did you get the wood?

@Random0149 I think you can get the hardwood at about any store like Home Depot or Lowe's.
