Still, the Pushtuns take the brunt of the damage. The PakPunjabis (which incidentally controls the tri-services) are all sitting nice and cozy . The trail leads to the very top .
Following the attack when 27 Pak. soldiers were killed, Pak COAS has now broken the chain of command and given a free hand to the Pak troops at the border. Expect more skirmishes from them!
