How do you sharpen the sharpener once it wears down though? :/

i would like to see the drill bit drill some aluminium or copper or really hard wood after this. that would tell me much more about how sharp the bit now is. i would be able to see how much effort hes having to put in and how much real cut the bit has. a shiny end is not convincing.
