me doing a heal stretch on both legs then scale, arabesque, and then scorpion. not my best, but i was bored.

  • @kwitikat Try going into your splits and then pull your upper body back to your legs then grab you ankle or whatever is easier, try this everyday then you probably will have it

  • @kwitikat what do your backbends look like? try and straighten your legs, and push as far over your shoulders as you can... you can also walk in and out your legs, and lift up your legs one at a time so theyre sticking up- this helps ALOT! you can also TRY to go down on your elbows when your in your bridge... but dont rush learning this.

    you can do chest stands... theyre really good for stretching your back (fitforafeast has a great tutorial for them!)

  • @Cheerbabeforeverable do you have any stretches for your back that you can recommend? i do backbends...and like leaning back in my split. is there anything else?

  • @kwitikat its not in the leg flexibility, its all about lower back flexibility... stretch out your back every single day and you will get it eventually :)

  • how did you get your scorp to a needle? i have a complete split and a decent scorp but i can't pull a needle...
