Touching someone is a technique. Moving your hands around like Lance Burton is a technique. Slowing the breath and the brainwaves is a technique. Activating someones hands is a technique. Light & information are aspects of energy as well as time. These are not separate things. There is an expansion of all aspects. Don't worry about technique, we all have it, even Mr. Pearl. Instead, focus on expanding your perception and receptability. Technique is fine as long as we aren't limited by it.

i went to a public college and took a class on reconnective healing. the instructor and all the other girls gathered around one on the table and i didnt feel a thing. but later i feel more and can even heal
