I am very impressed. Personally, I've worked with Friesian horses most of my life. They are naturally quite tame, and it's a two day job hopping on them and riding around merrily... without a saddle, at first. When my dad's mare's first foal was born, I had to raise her. Well... let's just say she has become a "one-person-horse", and is one of the wildest Friesians I have encountered. I did not know this, until another person tried to ride her. It was rather insane. Long story short - great job!

@aaeaeama We did once we started clipping him. I never cut the eye guard hair though! I want them to know if they are about to bump their eyes!

Thank you for your comment, Ranger was born from wild parents but it was unclear if he was brought in as a new born foal or born in the holding facility. Unfortunately he spent his life on a reserve or in holding pens. I wish he would have been fresh off the range! He still had never been handled outside a squeeze shoot and was afraid of people. He is wonderful now and loves people!!! I spent some time in Germany back in 1995, I enjoyed it very much!
