Omg? Kid friendly? Then you'd have to edit away like... pretty much everything lol :D
When I saw the first episode, the first thing that went through my head was "ok, so it's not suitable for children... cool though"
Foul language, nudity, lots (and lots) of blood, neck/back-breaking, horror, psychotic and freakylooking clowns, this show has everything that a kid shouldn't see :D
Here (sweden) it is labeld suitable for those over age 15.

Something that really makes me angry is that in england, the Spawn season 2 dvd has been edited so that the dvd is kid friendly. This means for me no hard core violence and no bad language. Please reply if you have had the same problem.
