  • I made some wine from table sugar and water...i guess you could call it sugar wine? lol, anyway, i only let it ferment for about a week and it actually does not taste bad, it taste like wine for sure, everyone kept telling me it would not turn out, and would taste terrible. anyone have any thought on this?

  • @TheDeviantGamer Next step: Get a distiller and make moonshine out of that stuff :)

  • you're killin me Craig, "the lights cant spiral, they have to be random." As you spend hours specificly placin them!? hilarious! Hope you and your fnmily had an awesome Christmas. luv you man!

  • @RavenRanger11 Um... You should see my barbecue bricketts! Perfectly lined up just like on the box :)

  • I didnt know you guys did Christmas up there in Canada. What the heck is boxing day?

  • @jmoto69 What is it about Canada that makes people think nothing happens here ey? Of course we have Christmas. Boxing day is the same as Black Friday... a chance for everyone to waste even more money on things they don't need. :)

  • I find it alot easier to start at the top of the tree to put the lights on. Its easier to loose extra lights at the bottom. I know what you mean about the branches so what I do is lay them out on the flour first and put the branches into piles acording to size.

  • I find most men are the same with the lights....but I have convinced my self....no one els cares lol!

  • @indigonils thanks for the info mate - much appreciated

  • Good video i made a batch of beer Friday it was a partial extract so im waiting on that to be finished up cheers an i hope you had a good Christmas

  • @MrStupot1977 Regular sugar or corn sugar is perfect. Google beer carbonation calculator to figure out how much you need, boil that amount with some water and add to bottling bucket or directly to the primary if you don't have a bottling bucket. Siphon into bottles, wait, enjoy!

  • Hey craig. I just made my very first wort (Coopers Lager) and the hydrometer reading was 1038. I have just realised that i dont have any carbonation drops so what can i use to prime my bottles when the time comes ? Is regualr sugar ok?

  • @jmoto69 because of the stress at Christmas and all the fallouts boxing day is where you put the gloves on and get it sorted before the new year lol happy Christmas all hope all your days went well and you have gifts a plenty and 17 for the new year shame im working but i will have a tin in my snap bag :)

  • Merry Christmas dude.

  • Santa brought me a starter kit for Christmas. It took me a year, but thanks to you Craig, and so many other helpful homebrew sites, for the knowledge and confidence. I have cooked a wort and pitched a yeast while enjoying a Shiner Bohemian Black Lager.

    Malty Christmas and Hoppy Holidays!

  • Hoppy christmas to all:)

  • Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Starting my new Home Brew hobby on Boxing Day. Got me a Coopers Home brew kit!!

  • That Angel has got to be feeling a lot of "discomfort" ;-}

  • Thumbs up for blinking lights.

  • Merry Christmas to you and your family Craig, all the best from the UK.
