This video is a propaganda video, this is a civil war, that's all.
Gadhafi is not the "bad guy" , he is the leader of the country and the armed forces.
Yet the West keeps incouraging these stupid rebels to fight a war they can not win :
indeed they are largely outnumbered and outarmed.

There is no civil war and there are no rebels. The western media is making it seem like that. Open your eyes and see that this is a crazy leader trying to wipe out his people just because they protested against him. The libyans have no choice but to fight back.
