I hate to say this but, I don't like the Amy and Laurie tandem.

It's just that in my opinion, Jo is Laurie's leading lady, not Amy.

But in the positive side, I love the song you used. :))

i think amy and laurie was really random. in the 1st part i never thought they would get together. amy seemed so much younger than him. and the kiss part is ever in the book? cuz i dont remember reading that. if it wasnt jo/laurie i wouldve picked meg/laurie cuz of the scene they have at the moffats

The only reason was Louisa didnt make Jo and Laurie together is because she never married and her plan was that Jo will never but her publisher told her in the next book Jo would married and her publisher bug her and bug. Since everybody want Jo and Laurie together (In does days). She agree that Jo will married. So Louisa make up a love interset for Jo. Put Laurie and Amy together.

Do people not understand that little women is based on Louisa May Alcott's life and that Laurie and Amy did get married in real life? They couldn't change the history just to make people happy. Jo didn't love Laurie,he was just her best friend and I thought they were better that way.

I sure wanted Laurie and Jo to get together! The relationship between Laurie and Amy seemed strained. Even though they both wanted to live in luxury, Laurie loved Jo first, and I felt that he got with Amy because he couldn't have Jo. Jo could have waited for Laurie for mature and Laurie could have waited for Jo to develop her career more. Instead, Jo completely turned him down! So sad. :(
