    This was recorded when blues was a very new and cutting edge style for a white European audience and when that society was much more reserved and careful about how they behaved in public. If they weren't listening to this and appreciating this (in their reserved way) at that time then then the rhythm and blues boom would not have happened when it did and the whole progression and development of music would have been held back.
