@thevideoman39 That is 100% true we are not UPS, thank you I was just about to post thism it is absurd how many people come in to our store thinking that we are ups and we get tons of calls for UPS, it is just upsetting and we have been MBE for 7 years and a ups store for 3.

Something u have to remember is - THE UPS STORE IS NOT UPS!!! We are an independently owned and operated FRANCHISE!!! We cant reinburse the customer until UPS reinburses us. We are at their mercy. Ive been working for The UPS store for 13yrs, and it blows my mind how stupid some people can be. If you can do it better, then do it yourself!!!

UPS claims process is not a lengthy process, usually turnaround time to get check is 2-3 weeks, they ship the check to the store or franchise, the franchise then is suppose to reimburse the consumer, these guys are just keeping the checks for themselves.
