Thanks for posting this. It shows that these events can be ventilated. As any HEAD OF STATE as the Pope is (although not many seem to be aware of this) he is entitled to privacy and confidential documents.

I will always keep apologising for my Church, the only true Church, as I will always keep praying for the people who sin within it, too. It's been around for 2000 years, despite the fact of its great sinners. But you forget all the great saints, men and women, and the Holy Ghost upon which it is based. I'm always glad to see the people who are not Catholic are always reading news about the Church, good or bad. It seems to be a void in their lives.

The church is, indeed, not of this world and the "gates of hell will not prevail against it"

I may indeed be deceived by many things but THE TEACHINGS OF THE CHURCH do not deceive. Her members - the Pope, me, priests, deacons, lay people are fallible. But SHE teaches truth -Christ gave her the Holy Spirit at Pentecost... and her members. But we are still fallible.

Christ said the way is narrow, and few find it.

I have not found it, I AM finding it as Saint Paul says "As the Bible says, I am already saved (Rom. 8:24, Eph. 2:5–8), but I’m also being saved (1 Cor. 1:18, 2 Cor. 2:15, Phil. 2:12), and I have the hope that I will be saved (Rom. 5:9–10, 1 Cor. 3:12–15). Like the apostle Paul I am working out my salvation in fear and trembling (Phil. 2:12), with hopeful confidence in the promises of Christ (Rom. 5:2, 2 Tim. 2:11–13)."
