slightly to slow and it doesnt sound chopped it sounds like the cd is skippin plus em kinda sucks to begin with try set it off by juvenile slightly faster and make the chop for a whole word and make it say that word twice post it and i bet ill say it sounds better but thats just the truth you could do better....
